Black Bean and Quinoa Burgers

A recipe from The GLOW Protocol Detox Module that will allow you to indulge in eating burgers guilt-free! Go on and try Black Bean and Quinoa Burgers 🙂

Ingredients:
2 cans Black Beans (rinsed and strained)
1 Onion, diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced OR 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 cup Cooked Quinoa
1 Egg, beaten
Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Coconut Oil for frying

Directions:
1. Place beans in food processor and pulse till desired consistency.
2. Scoop bean mixture into the bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Form into patties and allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes if time allows.
4. Heat coconut oil over medium on the stovetop and fry patties until browned, 4-5 minutes per side.
