REFUND POLICY

At GLOW Natural Wellness, we offer specialized support and a holistic approach to women’s health. It is our mission to help every woman who visits this site to walk away feeling educated, excited and empowered for what her future holds. If you don’t enjoy any of our products or programs, we want to fix that for you. It’s as simple as that!

Healthy Hormone Club (BHRT Program)

Your membership in the Healthy Hormone Club is a recurring monthly or annual subscription, which means that services and charges will continue automatically as long as you are in the program.

If you have a monthly subscription and have made three monthly payments, then you can cancel at any time. If you cancel prior to three months into the program, then you must pay for the product and services at our cost, which will total the equivalent of three monthly payments.

If you purchased an annual subscription, then no refunds will be issued after 14 days, even if services were not used.

Please allow three business days prior to your next billing for the cancellation to go through. Submit your cancellation request at the Membership Management Questionnaire, via email to support@glownaturalwellness.com, or by calling +1 (855) 928-4442.

Exceptions may be made to this refund policy in cases where we feel that you are not medically able to continue the program.

GLOW Protocol

You will be charged the agreed upon monthly or annual amount as long as you are in the GLOW Protocol program. You are also allowed to cancel at any time, no questions asked! Because of that, we will not issue any refunds for prior payments unless you submit a cancellation request before the payment is charged.

Supplements and Personal Care Products

There is a 90-day money back Happiness Guarantee for supplements and personal care products. No questions asked. If you don’t like a supplement for any reason, simply return it to us and we’ll refund you 100% of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. If you’ve purchased multiple bottles and are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the one opened bottled and all remaining unopened bottles for a refund. We cannot refund more than one opened bottle. We will refund your purchase once the items have been returned to us.

Lab Testing and Consultations

There is a 90-day money back Happiness Guarantee lab tests and consultations. If you have not used or are not going to use the lab testing or consultation you have purchased, please email or call us within 90 days of purchasing the program for a refund (minus shipping and handling). After 90 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds once your sample has shipped to the lab.

Programs

There is a 90-day money back Happiness Guarantee for other programs. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email or call us within 90 days of purchasing the program for a full refund. No questions asked. After 90 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Services Policy

We reserve the right to terminate services if, in our sole opinion, you are conducting yourself or your business in a manner which is disparaging or disruptive to Glow Natural Wellness or infringes upon Glow Natural Wellness’s intellectual property rights.
