Meet The Team

Hello!  My name is Michele and I am a Master Certified Health Coach, a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Biblical Health Coach.  

I also hold my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in health and wellness.

From experience, I know God gave our bodies the ability to heal themselves if we give them the right tools to do so.  

I’ve had some health challenges myself over the years, and I know what it is like to feel desperate and anxious about what might be happening and how to fix it.  

I also believe that ongoing holistic living is very important for us all so we can live the quality lives we desire. Personally, I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, finding new ways to make my recipes healthier for me and my husband. 

First thing in the morning you will find me with a cup of dandelion tea, my study bible, and my notepad, renewing my mind.  I love to take walks for exercise and stress relief as well as play tennis and garden.  There is something cathartic about digging in the dirt!
