Meet The Team

Hi there, I’m Kim— a Functional Health Coach passionate about helping women like you live vibrant, healthy lives! I am also a dog mom to my toy poodle, Coco, and a wife to my husband, Harry.

After struggling with chronic illness and mold toxicity for years without finding answers from western medicine, I turned to holistic health and regenerative nutrition.

My healing journey inspired me to become a health coach. And now, I’m dedicated to helping others restore their health by addressing the root cause of their illness.

After enrolling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I pursued further education. I completed two complementary clinical pieces of training at the School of Applied Functional Medicine. Then I enrolled at the Institute for Functional Health Coaching.

I know from personal experience how terrible it feels to be dismissed by doctors. That’s why I approach my coaching with deep compassion and gentle care.

I believe you have the power to take back control of your health and live your best life, and I’m committed to helping you do just that!

When I’m not coaching, you can find me with my family, caring for my elderly parents, dancing like nobody’s watching, and participating in marathon cycling.
