My name is Brooke, and I am here to help you GLOW!
In 1996, I married my husband Chris. We raised our two children Owen and Ava in my hometown of Grosse Ile, MI. I graduated with my doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Michigan, but with two teenagers at MSU we GO GREEN!

Counseled patients for 25 years before making some significant changes in our lives in 2020 including job transfer for my husband and a move to the south, newly empty nesting, a spiritual experience that led me to a holistic approach to healthcare and last but not least menopause! So I can relate ladies.

I have a strong background in science but choose to focus on the magic that our bodies hold, our daily lifestyle habits and living a balanced life. We live a very active lifestyle traveling, hiking, boating, dancing and playing pickleball. I cannot pass up a farmer’s market, art fair or healthcare podcast. I am approaching 50 and living a vibrant life.

I believe laughter is the best medicine but hormones are no joke!! Allow me to guide you on your health and wellness journey.
